Viel Wohnraum, gemütlich mit leichten Mängeln

Alles prima, großzügiges Haus, Garten sehr schön und gepflegt. Könnte renoviert werden. Kleinigkeiten kann man verbessern: Duschtüren undicht, einige Geräte funktionierten nicht richtig (wurde aber umgehend behoben mit guter Kommunikation), teilweise bei Ankunft nicht sauber,

Sylt in der Wintersaison - absolute Empfehlung

Wir, das sind 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder, haben das Tiiner bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Das Haus bot genügend Platz für alle; großer Esstisch mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, große Küche und ausreichend Stauraum für alle. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus waren für 3 Fahrzeuge ausreichend. Der Kamin hat vor allem in der Wintersaison für Gemütlichkeit gesorgt.

Tolles Haus, 1a mit *

Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen! Es ist viel größer, als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Lage ist ruhig (zumindest im Winter) Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es mehr für Kinder geben würde. ZB einen Hochstuhl, ein Gitterbett (Platz ist definitiv vorhanden) oder ein paar Spielzeuge. Für den Garten ist genug vorhanden, aber nicht bei schlecht Wetter. Trotzdem würde ich es jedem weiterempfehlen! Alles war top sauber.

Ausstattung für 8 Personen

Für 8 Personen fehlten Sitzgelegenheiten im Sofabereich und genügend Garderobenhaken. Das Dachgeschoss ist sehr spartanisch. Das Grundstück ist nicht vollständig abgeschlossen (Hund kann nicht alleine raus) Ansonsten haben wir uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt, die Küche intensiv genutzt. Die Lage in List ist schön.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Wir, das sind zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern im Alter zwischen neun und 14, haben die Woche in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat großzügig Platz sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im Außenbereich, und liegt in List in dem für uns schönsten Städtchen auf Sylt.

Tiiner, war wohl mal besser

Die Instandhaltung des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig. In allen Lampen waren nur die kleinsten Leuchten eingesetzt, und dann noch unterschiedliche Fabrikate. Die große Lampe im Eßzimmer flackerte nur und nicht zu gebrauchen. Die WC- Spülungen waren nur mit großer Kraftanstrengung zu bedienen. In den beiden Badezimmern war keine WC-Rollen Halterung vorhanden, so dass man den EIndruck gewann, es wäre ein Plumpsklo. Die im Internet erwähnten 2 Stellplätze waren nicht vorhanden. Auch war das Grundstück nicht vollständig eingezäunt, wie in der Ausschreibung zu lesen war. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr staubig. Die Rauchwarnmelder waren teilweise demontiert oder lösten Fehlalarme aus. Das Eßzimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern im Internet und wir fanden es schon primitiv, dass noch nicht einmal die Bestuhlung gleich war. Lobend erwähnen möchten wir die gute Bestückung der Küche und die Matratzen waren auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist schade, dass ein so schönes Haus so heruntergewirtschaftet wird.
