This was one of my top 5 stays — ever. The hotel feels brand new and bright. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was marvelous. The room was perfectly clean and homey. They use large size Dove products that were amazing. The bed is insanely comfortable. Loved this place so much I already set my booking for when I’m back in the area.

The female front desk agent lacks customer service skills & how to handle customers who don't exchange pleasantries after greeting them and letting them know they're checking in. If it offends her so much it affects her ability to be helpful and continue a courteous interaction, she should not be in her role facing customers.

The Hotel is very clean and the food in the cafe was very good. Lots of really good restaurants around. We went to the Margarita Hut, the experience was so fun and Barra Crudas Mexican restaurant was really good food Love this Hotel. They are still working on the pool and that was a bummer but the overall experience was top notch. The staff are wonderful.

It was very clean. All staff was nice and helpful. Had to switch rooms from the 1st floor, end of the hall as the ID card entry/exit door was loud as people came in and out but staff was readily available to get us moved.

Everything about this hotel is great! The view, the restaurant and bar, and the staff are awesome! The beds are confy, the rooms are clean, the only thing I wish they had fpr the price is a free breakfast, but overall I give it a 5!

The facility is cute in a small town. The area is still being developed but it’s not terribly. The staff is very friendly. Overall it’s a clean environment. The hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. They do offer complimentary water and coffee. There are restaurants close to the hotel so the fact that they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast wasn’t so bad.
