No curtains pull down shade was Filthy dirty black fingerprints all over it. Also the bathroom door needs Cleaning visible signs of not clean. Waited for maintenance to come fix the blinds that took a very long time. Don’t stay in room what room is this 2021. Wish I could upload some pictures but there’s no place for me to do that.

This was the third time we stayed here. We enjoy the staff and location. This time one of our rooms was not cleaned prior to them assigning us a room, but they quickly fixed the situation and got us a new room.

Okay Stay

When we first arrived, it was so loud and the front was filled with a band and it was extremely packed by the front door. There was a family reunion that had gathered there for their stay. The room we received was below the first floor. It was extremely far and felt very isolated. The room was filled with ants. We did move rooms, but it was still in the same location. It was extremely loud throughout the night. The pool area was being rented out by a family I believe. There was a birthday party, and the adults were intoxicated and falling all over the place. this location is good, but the price was a little high, especially for not being clean and noisy. I had my son with us and this hotel was not family friendly.
