system and mobile app was down for an hour. spent an hour until front desk person physically found a room for me to check in. Front desk person was great help otherwise could have waited hours in the lobby

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, for a nights stay before travel. The checkin was easy and the manager and front desk clerk were super helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again if we have an early morning flight. Definitely recommend!
