The Carriage House in SoMa

We accept pets, however we do have a 2 dog maximum and a $20 fee - also, please be mindful that we have a strict NO-Smoking policy that applies to the entire property. An additional $500 fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. Now for the space - we’re located in the SoMa district of downtown Little Rock. This original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. You gain access from the alley through a walk gate with a combination lock. On the day of your arrival Doug will send you the code to the gate and the Carriage House door. The entire property has been renovated and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in a residential neighborhood and an easy walk to bars, restaurants, museum, and shopping. For those with dogs(no cats), there is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Please message me if your traveling with pets. We have a two dog maximum with a $20 fee.
