Our one bedroom apartment is in a great location at Childwall Fiveways, ideally located in a central position between Liverpool Airport, Liverpool City Centre and the Football Stadiums.

The spacious contemporary property enjoys a view from the large windows across the bustling Childwall Fiveways.

Tastefully decorated throughout, the Living Area is open plan to include the dining area and kitchen. This room has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional adults and a 49 inch Samsung LED Smart TV. The Kitchen is stylish and is equipped to cater for all your needs with a drop leaf dining table adjacent to the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 – Double Bed with a Sleepeeze Back care 2000 Mattress and a Samsung 49” LED Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 – is a Mezzanine area off the main lounge with 2 Single Beds.
Bathroom – Toilet, 900x900 Shower Cubical, Sink with Vanity Unit. We also supply 1 roll of Toilet Roll, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Body lotion and Soap. A Hairdryer can be found in the cupboard under the sink.

The apartments are located above “The Florida Property Corner” and benefit from excellent local amenities including Elif Turkish Grill, The Canton Palace Chinese and SpiceWays Indian restaurant. There is a Weatherspoon’s Pub just across the road which serves breakfast from 8am each day. Fantastic place to stay in Liverpool

I stayed here for 3 weeks and the place was great. It was clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The street noise from outside wasn't too loud and I enjoyed being close to restaurants. Jill and Paul were excellent hosts and were very responsive.
