The apartment was immaculate. The location couldn't have been any better. Nice and warm but easily reduce heating if too Warm. Easy access ( even for 2 oldies that arnt good with technology) it was just perfect. Had a small issue regarding location ,( issue was my fault not castle apartments) rang the reservation number and the issue was sorted instantly ( the issue was my fault not Castle apartments) Id definitely stay here again it was perfect. Apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Great amenities, huge tv, washing machine, cooker etc… Monday night must have been a student night so was difficult to sleep as it was noisy till 3am. This was the only negative.

Very central location. It is noisy as tge apartments overlook Mathew Street. Well equipped. Good size rooms. Nice big TV. We had a walk in shower room, bathroom a little tired. Otherwise it was all good.

Very spacious, spotless and well equipped. Its right in the centre so an excellent location. It is noisey at night though from nightlife on Mathew street, so bring earplugs

Lovely large Clean room, great facilities, perfect location. Will stay again. The only thing that was not so great is the noise at night making it difficult to sleep but that comes with staying in the heart of the city centre. However it wont stop me from staying again.

The room was clean and massive, the only downside was it was quite loud location wise, I didn’t anticipate it being like that on a Monday night, you expect it at the weekend but that’s my fault not the property. It’s central to everything, it’s just finding a car park that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg also there’s a few maintenance issues with the apartment. Nothing major just like there was a big almost rip on the dressing table and there was a mark on the skirting board and carpet which was perhaps an old drink or sick. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was lovely. We didn’t use the kitchen or living area because we came for the football and only stayed a night so I can’t comment on that. It was also a bit difficult to find as it’s a small doorway in-between shops. The communication before was a bit of a nightmare although it was sorted it was a little bit of added stress asking for a bill and Id but no email to send it too then the deposit. I can’t fault the property or cleanliness.

This was a great property to stay. We had everything we needed with in walking distance. Taxis and buses a block away. Grocery around the corner. Yes it has noise due to how close to Matthew st. But was not horrible. Stayed for 10 days and loved it. Would stay at the Castle Collection properties again when we visit Liverpool again. Thank you
