Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was reception wasn’t “obvious”. It looked like students sat at a table, there was no signage stating it was reception or check in so we stood there for a while. Finally worked it out, got checked in. Member of staff wasn’t very helpful with regards to the lift etc. other than that it was good and the breakfast was beautiful

A thoroughly enjoyable time in Liverpool made all the more better by this lovely Novotel hotel. Check in was easy. The room was spacious, very comfortable with a great bathroom and shower. Nice big TV too. Cleanliness was perfect with excellent daily service from the cleaning staff (there was an option to opt out if you didn’t need it for eco purposes). Location was good, about one mile or less from the city centre. Can’t fault this place.

Lovely room, comfy bed but a few problems. Booked for my sisters 30th so booked the decorative £15 package, came in and it was literally just a banner and 4 balloons that looked like they had been used before as they had Taylor swift on them and were quite deflated! Then left my face cloth in the bathroom while we went out for the day, I came back and it had been taken with all the towel, called and asked them to find out where it is, they said they would and then never heard back from them.

Reception not very friendly. No one offer me VIP access information. Had to ask about discounted parking. Room on the 15th floor, no option! No soap in the room on the first night. No normal tea bags. Tiny desk. No bath. Great bed, lovely staff in the restaurant.
