Couldn’t sleep as mattress was very hard. Pillows were huge, like ones used on sofas, so uncomfortable. Room was very hot. Took a while to reduce temperature. We were facing a huge building, so absolutely no view. Hence room felt pretty dark. Breakfast standard. No parking so additional headache of going nearby to multi-storey parking. Town and restaurants about 15-20 minute walk.

The only part I’m disappointed in is the fact the booking was 3pm and we reach there 7:35pm and no one reached out us to see if we were okay at least. We are first timers in Liverpool and I reach out to Expedia on the messaging site asking about taxi offers and you were saying you don’t but at least find out and tell us.

Lovely hotel and have stayed here previously and would stay again in the future. Breakfast was very nice, if a little expensive, if you are not a big eater but great choice as lots of hot or continental options, including some delicious fresh pastries. Room was very clean and comfortable bed, so no complaints from us. Hotel is around 20 minute walk from Lime Street station, but is a little uphill so may be better to get a taxi, if any mobility issues, especially if weather isn't great, as we had on our trip. There is a large multi storey car park a couple of minutes walk away, if travelling to hotel in car so nice and convenient. Over all, would defintely recommend hotel.
