I have soft spot for this place. I havve stayed here for many years. The rooms have a ton of space and are great for work stations, each has a seperate lounge area. The decor is tired and basic but well kept and clean. The staff are lovely and you can't beat the price. Breakfast is excellent and it's location makes for a peaceful sleep and easy getaway from Liverpool when it's time to leave. They have Yorkshire tea in the rooms, a bonus.

Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket.
