The holiday apartment Casa Nicoletta is located in Livigno and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 35 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and one bathroom, and is suitable for up to 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment also features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening while admiring the panorama.
The location is convenient for the main services: restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarket, bakery, and Lake Livigno are easily reachable on foot or by car. The nearest ski lift is about 400 metres away. In summer, the proximity to the cycle path and the tourist office allows you to easily participate in the main activities of the area. In winter, you can return directly from the ski slope on skis; the cross-country ski trail is only 5 minutes away. Pets are not allowed.
Nearby you will also find a children's playground, a football field, a bowling alley and a tennis court. The property offers free parking. Air conditioning is not available. Please respect quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. and note that waste separation is mandatory in the neighbourhood.
