Most importantly there is no signage that indicates you are staying at the comfort inn. The hotel sign indicates that your staying at a Yellowstone Inn. The first room the bedding was dirty, it looked like blood. Asked for another room and was provided another room. The entryway to the hotel is dirty. Even though 2nd room was clean, I did take in Lysol wipes.

Booked a king room, got a queen. Asked to be put in the king I paid for and got another queen. When I asked about it, was told there were no kings. Why mess around then? What’s the point of a reservation if you don’t get what you reserved. Got worse there was only Luke warm water and the first towel I pulled was dirty like the real bad kind of dirty. There was some positives tho, ice machine was on my floor. Room was spacious. AC unit put out cool air all night. Would I stay again. Definitely not.

We stayed here in the midst of a big cross-country move. To be fair, this was the cheapest accommodation in the area because of its proximity to Yellowstone. However, they are in the midst of a renovation and the facilities were filthy with trash piled up in heaps outside the hotel. The floor was sticky and everything felt grimy. I went for a workout and the elliptical was fully rusted and broken down. Their WiFi password was “rateus10” which gives me further doubt about the reviews I see online. Overall, we thought it was fine for one night but offer caution when staying here.

False advertisement- there is no bar, no foosball table, the property was filthy. Floors hadn’t been swept, so much dust and out bed sheets were dirty. We didn’t end up staying but booked another hotel after being in that one for a half hour and left.

The front desk staff was very nice, however the hotel needs a new cleaning staff. I can definitely understand that they are under construction, but you can still keep the place clean. The elevator floor and walls looked like they hadn’t been washed in a month. There was coffee spills in the lobby, and the carpet in the hallways were nasty. There was a ball Of hair outside our door. The room was not clean. I had the staff strip the needs and put all new bedding on as one of them had food on it when I pulled the sheets back and the other had big black stains. I realize hotels use towels and sheets over and over again, but when the majority of the towel or pillowcase is completely yellow, it’s time to throw them out. The floor in the room was not washed and barely swept. The toilet was not washed. And neither were any of the countertops. I went to the store and grabbed Clorox wipes and cleaned it all myself. The outside of the hotel was deplorable. Other than a signe that said Yellowstone inn- you couldn’t tell it was a hotel. The parking lot was full of trash, there were no flowers or anything. It looked like we were walking into a dumpy office building. I would have walked out and gone someplace else if it weren’t so late.

This facility we were told is in transition to different ownership only after our GPS brougjt us here and the name and signage is completely different than what i booked. The desk clerk was only off of her phone long enough to refuse provision of two towels my partner requested stating they were still being laundered yet in clear view in the room behind her was an entire stack of them. The room only had to two bath towels, we had three adults in it. The air conditioning didn't work and would not adjust to a cooler temperature even when the thermostat was set to 61 or 62 all night....it was very uncomfortable warm and sticky..we all slept with no blanket or sheet .....this same window-type air-conditioning unit set on the floor and blew the leuk-warm air directly onto the bed and the person sleeping beside it....and it was extremely noisy. This was not a good sleep and was a bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We read the reviews and stayed here anyway. Yes, it’s been recently renovated so things are probably still under way but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and room was clean, there was free breakfast, and staff was friendly. Don’t deter because the outside sign hasn’t been updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to find.

We went right to the motel, but the sign said "Yellowstone" motel rather than it's new listing "Comfort Inn and Suites". We finally called and were told we were at the right place. There was no address post on the building. It ended up a good stay.
