The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Ližnjan. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
