The Barbo Palace Apartments are in the perfect location, in the heart of town. The building is beautiful inside and the rooms are clean and spacious. It was great to have a kitchenette in the apartment, although there is an abundance of great places to eat nearby! Staff super friendly too.

We found Ljubljana a delightful stop on our holiday and the Barbo Palace was equally enjoyable. Location excellent with comfortable beds and good amenities (fridge, cooker etc) if you were staying longer. Nice restaurant recommendations as well. Only two drawbacks - no comfy chairs to sit on for the moments you didn’t want to be out and about and it was noisy in our room on a couple of nights (although appreciate we were in peak season) All in all would recommend.

The location is excellent- right in the center of Old Town and no stairs to get to the property. Unfortunately, due to being in the center of town it is loud at night. The property was very accommodating and the room was clean and met our needs.

Great apartment. Convenient location. Staff helpful with good recommendations for dining. Even called the restaurant for us to secure a reservation. We had a small issue and it was resolved quickly with a phone call. Would stay again.

10/10 amazing. Quiet, massive apartment on the top floor with amazing castle views. Very modern furnishing. Comfortable bed, which was massive! There were also two chaise lounges in the suite. Everything is within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Amazing apartment within the most amazing building, with views of the castle couldn’t be more central,excellent host upon arrival, very helpful, great suggestion about cheaper parking, nothing too much trouble. Loved out stay here.

Excellent place. It was our 2nd time staying at Barbo, and i hope to he back in future. The location is prime, the rooms are well appointed. Of note, we had an electrical issue in our room and the staff and management went above and beyond to reslove the issue. Higly recommend this place.

The hotel is on a great location right in the middle of old town. It was constructed for a count but is now a hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is a kitchenette and dining table if you wish to eat in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
