Apartment MARIA with a beautiful balcony is located on 10th floor of the building on Pražakova Street, in vicinity of the main bus and railway station and only 500 m from the Triple Bridge.

Modern furnished apartment has a sleeping part with a double bed (160 x 200), a dining table for 4 persons and access to a balcony with a beautiful view over the city. A modern, functional oval wardrobe separates the sleeping part from the living area with comfortable sofa which can be folded into an extra bed 140x200 and an LCD TV with CATV. From the living area we continue into a small, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, small household appliances, dishwasher and utensils. In the bathroom with shower there is also a washer-dryer.
The apartment is fully equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

It is possible to park a car on private parking in front of the building, if there is available space. If it is full, public parking options are nearby.

IMPORTANT! From October 20th 2025 until April 15th 2026 private parking is not available due to construction work.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
