The room is good enough for a group of five. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very excellent and well served. The location is good. The hotel had reserved a parking space for us. But we are allocated on the fourth floor, so we had to carry the heavy luggage. Luckily, the night staff helped us to carry it, but when we left, we had to carry the luggages ourselves. The beds are too soft for us.

The staff were very welcoming. He showed us the car park and carried our bags to the room Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was very nice and cooked fresh. The room was very clean towels changed regularly. We would have liked our tea mugs washed properly or changed daily.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. Room was clean and cosy and bed was lovely I had a great sleep. View from the room of the mountains was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and I will definitely be returning in the summer.

Perfect location

Very clean hotel. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Close distance to all Llandudno attractions. Situated less than a minute from the beach and main street pubs and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Great Orme Tramway or cable car. Was very pleased to stay there for a night on the trip with my parents.

Shower was small and wash basin could not be used unless door to bedroom was left open. Shower cubical vey small too i.e. very confined space and costrphobic. Pipework smelled too. Bedroom carpet exremeley dirty and smelly. Cobwebs in cubborads and general condition very poor. Door to bedroom could not be opened/closed as carpet flooring stopped it. Steep steps and no accessability in the event of fire. Smell of cooking oil in the hotel during breakfast time. Breakfast was resonable.

Spent 3 nights at the Lawton in Llandudno. Great location, all staff approachable, helpful and extremely pleasant. Great location to the promenade and town centre. Room was good size for what we wanted and the breakfast was superb, wide range on offer, fresh produce and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend and use again!

Staff were so helpful and friendly.Breakfast was brilliant and the service, nothing was to much trouble for staff who served breakfast. One fault was the car park very difficult to get out of car bays not very big, hotel did not take your registration number when checking in, this would be useful if people needed to be contacted for car parking issues

The hotel was very cosy, our room had everything that we needed and was nice. I think the hotel will need a bit of redecoration soon but after reading a couple of reviews and was wondering if I had made the right choice, I was glad I had. The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff were all so helpful and bent over backwards to make you feel welcome from the moment you stepped in the door and that's what made our stay extra special, I hope their employers appreciate what good staff they have. Would definitely stay again.

Good nights stays

Only one or two small problems ie no lifts for us older generation but manageable. The outside of the windows were dirty. Excellent staff food great.
