Nice Place - could do with a SPA Massage Menu

It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing.

Very nice Hotel, great rooms, fantastic Pool and Spa. Very good food and breakfast. Great billard table. Directly next to train station. Ticino card included with free public transport. Only minus: rather expensive

Ganz neues Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung und guter Auswahl beim Frühstück. Obwohl ganz neu hat die Toilette stark nach Urin gerochen. Auf dem Zimmerboden war zudem bereits ein grosser Fleck. Anstelle einer Matratze hat man im Babybett eine Decke ausgelegt, das geht gar nicht! Lüftung, obwohl ausgeschaltet, war auch in der Nacht ziemlich laut. Störend waren auch die modernen Lichtschalter, welche auch in der Nacht leuchten.

Ein neues Hotel mit ausserordentlich gutem/motivierten hilfsbereiten und interessierten Personal. Super Preis-/Leistung. Hervorzuheben auch das reichhaltige ausserordentliche Frühstück. Einzig die Qualität der Matratzen ist ein Minuspunkt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Wenn es dann noch eine gute Matratze für mich hat auch gerne länger.

Sehr schöne neue Unterkunft. Leider etwas zu lait da sehr viele Kinder. Und die Problematik mit Liegen reservieren am Pool besteht auch schon. Sehr nettes Personal. Mir hat es im Grossen und Ganzen gefallen.

Increíble hotel, uno de los mejores o si no el mejor en el que me he hospedado, el personal demasiado amigable, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de 2 habitaciones y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciones, el desayuno increíble, hay tanto que elegir que te cuesta trabajo decidir, lo único malo, es que enfrente hay criadero de vacas y el olor cuando sales llega a ser un poco desagradable, pero adentro del hotel todo maravilloso, su piscina está increíble

Alles ganz neu und modern eingerichtet. Top Zimmer und ganz feine Küche. Personal gibt sich sehr mühe. Leider war das Nebengebäude noch im Bau, was Tagsüber sehr laut war.

topmodernes Hotel

Ein topmodernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und wunderbarem Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Abendkarte ist sehr zu empfehlen. Direkt neben dem kleinen Bahnhof gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Den Pool und die Poolbar werden wir einmal im Sommer geniessen kommen. :) Wir sind happy, wieder eine neue Feriendestination im bella Ticino kennengelernt zu haben. DANKE für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!
