Super gemĂŒtliches Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus war ganz hervorragend: Sehr gemĂŒtlich mit einem Mix aus AntiquitĂ€ten und modernen Möbeln geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dabei aber auch praktisch und funktional: Ein großer Esstisch mit stabilen StĂŒhlen, bequeme Couch und Sessel, eine sehr vollstĂ€ndige KĂŒchenausstattung (gute Pfannen, große Töpfe und SchĂŒsseln, genug Geschirr und Besteck, Siebe, Zitronenpresse etc.). Viel Platz in KĂŒhlschrank und echte TiefkĂŒhlfĂ€cher. Oben ein neues kleines aber komfortables Bad und schöne Schlafzimmer mit genug Schrank-Stauraum.Am Garten zur Straße laufen zwar ab und zu Leute vorbei, das hat uns in dieser schönen Umgebung aber nicht gestört. Absolute Ruhe hat man auf der Innenterasse, wo es auch an kĂŒhleren Tagen oder bei Wind warm genug zum lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt ist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants, BĂ€ckereien, Markt, VeranstaltungsgelĂ€nde, kleiner Stadtstrand sind alle in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung (wenige hundert Meter). Ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Supermarkt ist ca. 1 km entfernt, der wunderschöne Strand von Lodonnec ist auch nur 2,5 km entfernt, mit einer hervorragenden Creperie am Ende. Wir haben uns mit unserer 18 jĂ€hrigen Tochter ausgesprochen wohl gefĂŒhlt und die 2,5 Wochen in diesem Haus genossen. Es ist wirklich perfekt!

Une petite maison centrale fort agréable

Nous avons bien communiqué avec le propriétaire et la dame s occupant de la gérance sur place. La maison est trÚs propre et a répondu a nos critÚres avec les commodités usuelles. Un couchage de qualité ( c mon critÚre 1er) . Dans un quartier a proximité du port et qqes mÚtres de la plage. Vraiment nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Belle location au centre de Loctudy

Idéalement située, cette maison de charme nous a ravi. Elle est trÚs bien équipée, joliment décorée, nous avons également apprécié les vélos mis à disposition. Malgré sa situation en centre bourg, l'endroit est trÚs calme. Pas loin des plages et du port. Je recommande fortement

Dieses Haus in Loctudy bietet alles was man fĂŒr einen gelungenen (Familien-) Urlaub braucht: gerĂ€umige und schöne Schlafzimmer, ein neues Bad und ein zweites WC, ein gemĂŒtliches Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche mit viel Geschirr und allem was man fĂŒr die Zubereitung der leckeren fangfrischen MeeresfrĂŒchte aus dem zu Fuß erreichbaren Hafen braucht! Wir durften sogar die vorhandenen FahrrĂ€der nutzen und haben sie als Dank wieder in Schuss gebracht 😉 die Kommunikation mit Herrn Thierry Charlot funktioniert schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig- er kĂŒmmert sich hervorragend darum, dass seine GĂ€ste zufrieden sind! Draußen gibt es genug Platz um sich auszubreiten- entweder im Garten oder auf der Terrasse- die Kinder haben auf der Seitenstraße Fußball gespielt oder konnten auf den nahe gelegenen Marktplatz ausweichen. Loctudy bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur ohne ein typischer touristischer Ort zu sein. Es gibt schöne StrĂ€nde und viele Feste- der Markt ist fantastisch! Obwohl wir in der ersten Woche Pech mit dem Wetter hatten möchten wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und empfehlen das Haus und Loctudy uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus, Sarah Mark und Familie

Nous avons passĂ© 1 semaine en Ă©tĂ© 2023 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). HĂŽte trĂšs agrĂ©able. Fournit en amont le dĂ©tail du logement et des Ă©quipements, ainsi que des recommandations sur les environs. La remise des clĂ©s est gĂ©rĂ©e par une entreprise de service trĂšs agrĂ©able. Localisation parfaite pour dĂ©couvrir Loctudy Ă  pied (port, plage, criĂ©e) et le pays bigouden (GlĂ©nans, BĂ©nodet, Concarneau, phare Eckmul). Logement chaleureux et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie excellente. Jardin avec 1 parking possible + 1 cour/terrasse intĂ©rieure. Cuisine/sĂ©jour/salon spacieux. Espace nuit Ă  l’étage (3 chambres + 1 SDB) donc parfait les enfants dorment au calme. L’hĂŽte prĂȘte des vĂ©los, barbecue. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge

Juillet 2022 en famille

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille (4 adultes et 2 ados) en juillet 2022. Maison agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©e dans le petit village de Loctudy Ă  proximitĂ© du centre ville. Village trĂšs sympa, accĂšs au port et aux plages trĂšs facile et rapide, mais pas d’épicerie c’est dommage cela faciliterait les petites courses du quotidien. Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les deux terrasses sont un vrai atout. Seul bĂ©mol le frigo est trop petit pour 6 personnes. Le propriĂ©taire et la personne l’agence sont disponibles et agrĂ©ables.

Erholung pur!!

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in wundervoller und vor allem ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Es war alles da, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der EigentĂŒmer ist wirklich sehr nett und ist bemĂŒht, jeden Wunsch zu erfĂŒllen. Herzlichen Dank dafĂŒr. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen :-)

GemĂŒtliches Haus in netter Lage

Das Haus hat schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist aber charmant gealtert. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber viele nette Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Es liegt zentral, aber ziemlich ruhig in Loctudy. Sehr viele schöne Stellen an der KĂŒste sind gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar.

Nous Ă©tions 3adultes et un bĂ©bĂ© de 18mois. Notre sĂ©jour chez Thierry fut des plus agrĂ©ables ! Maison trĂšs propre et trĂšs chaleureuse avec tout ce dont on a besoin (mĂȘme plus !) literie trĂšs confortable. La localisation Ă  Loctudy est idĂ©ale pour visiter le FinistĂšre sud (rĂ©gion magnifique !!). Et pour finir Thierry est un hĂŽte trĂšs attentionnĂ© qui a Ă  cƓur votre bien ĂȘtre (merci encore pour le lit parapluie. AchetĂ© spĂ©cialement pour nous !) nous recommandons vivement son logement ! La seule dĂ©ception est de ne pas vous avoir rencontrĂ© 😁 Ă  nos prochaines vacances dans le finistĂšre peut ĂȘtre ? Famille DUFAVET

Emplacment idéal pour profiter de Loctudy et des vacances

Nous avons pour la 2Úme année passé de trÚs bonnes vacances dans cette maison ; la maison est pratique, propre, bien située pour profiter de Loctudy à pied ou en vélo (à disposition) ; c'est une maison qui a une ùme et n'est pas impersonnelle comme certaines maisons louées pour les vacances ; on a l'impression de profiter de la maison d'un ami ; il y a toute la place qu'il faut et le propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour s'assurer que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour notre confort

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Haus

Von Anfang an wurde seitens des Vermieters der Kontakt gesucht - sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Empfang war herzlich und sehr nett. Alles wurde gut erklĂ€rt - Sprachbarrieren wurden gemeinsam umgangen - eine Mischung aus Französisch und Englisch- ein toller Einstieg. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Garten hĂ€tte etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer sein dĂŒrfen - Fußball seitens der Kinder war nicht möglich - aber auch fĂŒr den Aufenthalt außen eine gute Ausstattung. Auto konnte auf dem GrundstĂŒck abgestellt werden! Der Markt (Dienstags) sowie eine Bank, das TourismusbĂŒro, ein BĂ€cker in unmittelbarer NĂ€he schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, aber auch der Ortskern. Im Ort fehlt eine vernĂŒnftige Eisdiele. StrĂ€nde sind toll, am besten ist unserer Meinung nach der leicht außerhalb der Ortslage mit 5 Minuten Fahrweg mit dem Auto liegende SĂŒdstrand. Ort war tourisch relativ ruhig - nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Um touristische Ziele zu erreichen muss man ein wenig mehr fahren, aber das ist in Ordnung unter BerĂŒcksichtigung der ca 1550 km Abstand unseres Wohnortes zum Urlaubsort. Wir haben nur sehr sehr gute Erfahrungen mit allen Franzosen gemacht - höflich, freundlich - toll mit anzusehen, dass noch Kommunikation in den BĂ€ckereien zwischen Kunden und Mitarbeitern gepflegt wird - das fehlt hier in Norddeutschland leider hĂ€ufig. Wir wĂŒrden gerne einmal wieder kommen und wĂŒnschen dem Vermieter viele gute GĂ€ste aus allen LĂ€ndern.
