Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable home. Located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood, it offered ample parking for all our vehicles. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious living room easily accommodated all eight of us, providing a great space to relax and catch up. The board games were a fun bonus and gave us a memorable evening of entertainment.

Perfect place

This house was perfect for what we needed. Not to big and not to small for the 5 people that stayed. Comfortable beds, clean and had everthing we needed.I think the only thing I would add is a few extra blankets. Thanks for such a great stay!

Great Stay

This was our second stay here. It was a great stay. Everything is as stated. Beds were comfortable. It had all the cooking items that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and near a park. Wi-Fi was good and everything worked. No issues, no complaints. Contacted the property manager once during the visit and answered questions without any problems. Since this was our second stay, one would be able to tell that we enjoyed the property and enjoyed the location.

We came to Logan from Pennsylvania to move our daughter into Utah State University. This was the perfect location for our home away from home. The house was stocked with all the essentials and was very comfortable and clean.

Great stay at the Family-Friendly Logan Farmhouse

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, no surprises. Check in process was easy and very well explained. We had no issues so; we had no contact with owners/company but they listed contact numbers everywhere so it would be easy to contact them. We prepared meals ever day and the place had everything that we needed to cook all our meals. Beds were great and comfortable. Neighborhood was quite and a great location close to everything. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi was great and fast. Just a good solid place to stay.

Family Reunion

Another fantastic family get-away at this property! We love our ability to be together cooking in the kitchen or jump in the car and enjoy all that Logan has to offer. Nothing can beat the darling neighborhood within nature’s grandeur…not to mention the gardening enthusiasts, children playing in the park and the ability to purchase fresh eggs a couple doors down.

Lovely home

Well stocked home in a good part of town, with easy access to Logan. Comfortable, clean, cozy - plenty of linens, pillows, towels, throw blankets…good sized beds and hot showers. Just the perfect stay for our family of five. We enjoyed the board games and cards. We’ll book here again!

Great Little House

My family and I needed a last minute stay for a funeral service. The house was perfect for what we needed. I attempted to contact the owner before our visit to inquire about kitchen and what was available. I heard back almost immediately from the first contact listed but they were responsible for house cleaning. I texted the second contact and never got a response. The kitchen is very well stocked. Has several pots and pans in several sizes. If you are trying to feed a crowd you should be able to. There was a toaster, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig (with pods available) and an instant hot water pot. There were several types of tea available. Several oils and spices left in the cupboards. My only complaint on the kitchen was when we went to replace the garbage bag, the ones that we were able to find did not fit the can. Plenty of towels for my family, we had 5 people staying. There were hotel size shampoo and soaps available. The only part of the house that I didn't feel was cleaned properly, was the soap dish in the upstairs bathroom. It just looked like it hadn't been wiped down after use. Otherwise the cleanliness of the house was great. The ease of check in and out was great.

Room for the whole family, quiet neighborhood

Great set up and floor plan for a family. Walking distance to a water park and a playground in the neighborhood. Convenient location to USU campus and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Perfect for our family and affordable to be able to bring our student to Utah State.

Great Home, Some Issues Though

Overall, the house was fine and a good place. However, there were some issues. When we arrived, the sheets were still in the washing machine and the bedding was on the floor. The floors under the couches are EXTREMELY dirty. I attempted to reach both property contacts and had no response. The location was great for going to the Cache County Fairgrounds (walking distance). It also would be helpful to have had basic house products stocked (i.e. paper towels, kitchen rags, dish soap, bath soap, etc.) Overall, we did enjoy our stay but clearly this is not operated by a professional group, I would recommend if you're renting this house to be prepared with some extra supplies than you normally need at a VRBO.

Nice home and convenient

The home was nice and very quiet neighborhood. One issue we ran into was that no towels were available. After searching the house we finally found dirty towels which we washed, but the dryer had a hard time drying. We called the property manager and he delivered towels. We were grateful since it was very late at night. An additional issue we ran into later in our stay with no paper towels or kitchen towels. Other than those issues it was a nice stay.

Comfy and equipped

This house was very nice. We stayed over thanksgiving snd the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean and inviting. Two suggestions would be...management should leave the porch light on upon arrival as it was very dark and difficult to get in. There was no toilet paper on one bathroom and just a few squares in the other bathroom so we had to immediately go to the store. That was quite inconvenient. Everything t else was great!

5 day stay

House was nice. Beds where comfortable. Really nice location with easy access to places to eat and major roads to commute. Was disappointed that BOTH outside garbage cans were full when we arrived. We placed one on the curb for pick up when we noticed other where ready for pick up on our fourth day. There were linens drying in the clothes dryer when we got there and I restarted so they would be completely dry. Also we listed that four people would be staying for five days and there was only one extra roll of toilet paper - we had to go purchase some. Plenty of dishes and adequate pots and pans for the meals prepared there. Never contacted anyone about the issues we had - just took care of them. Don't feel real effort was made to have the house ready for us.
