In the peaceful bocage countryside, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire River, this detached barn, located near the owners' house, has been renovated with respect for heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). It features a private, semi-enclosed 300 m² garden with a south-facing terrace and a large natural area surrounding the cottage. A heated saltwater swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10 x 5 m) is available from mid-May to mid-September.

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (wood-burning stove), small TV lounge, 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room/WC accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 single beds 90 x 190 cm, 2 of which can be joined together), shower room/WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby equipment on request (cot, baby bath, and high chair).

Included: bed linen (beds made), electricity (excluding electric vehicle charging), underfloor heating.

Not included: firewood (stove - €10/crate), towels (€5/person), and cleaning fee (mandatory for business clients - €90).
