In a quiet, yet central location, this stylish duplex gives guests the best of both worlds, just 700m from the beach, but only 150m from the shops. It is the ideal base for a holiday that is both fun and relaxing in the upmarket resort of Loiri Porto San Paolo.
Spread over 2 floors, on the first floor the front door opens onto the living area with a sofa, flat screen TV and large glass doors leading out to the covered balcony with a table and chairs, for dining al fresco. Inside, there is another dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge and freezer, making self-catering a breeze.

Bedroom 1: There is an airy bedroom on the first floor, with a double bed and a private balcony for sunbathing.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed and there is a large wardrobe for storage.
