Beautiful hotel tucked away off the Main Street but just a few minutes walk from the port, shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. The staff were AMAZING! So friendly and helpful, remembering our names and giving a very personal feel. We upgraded to a superior room and it was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful, clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

This hotel was amazing. It was our last stop and we were so happy. The hotel is very clean and well kept. So many pools. Beyond all, the staff were extremely friendly and remembered your name the whole time. Also only a 5 minute walk from the port!

What a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing and always remembered your name which was a nice touch. Pools were lovely. One had a place to sit in the pool all around the and another smaller pool was available also. They are extending at the moment so there was some disruption to the tranquility of the stay but I wouldn’t say it was a major hinderance. The new pool looked lovely also. 50k per day to rent a bicycle but quite difficult to cycle on the coast due to some deep sand on the path so just cycle inland. Go snorkeling also we saw some turtles up close which was amazing. (Not technically to do with the hotel, just a tip). Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent for relaxation

Would really recommend this cosy hotel . The vibe is great. It’s has about 18 rooms but is being extended currently The room is clean and comfortable, love the open air bathroom - staff is lovely , breakfast is good. We had a massage and it was amazing! I have only marked down because I feel there could be a few small improvements- there aren’t any kettle and tea/ coffee in the rooms . Also no TV’s

We absolutely loved our stay at KOHO Air, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful, the rooms were perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is only 1 -2 min walk from the Main Street and wharf. We loved hiring the bikes and travelling around the island.. we all voted KOHO Air our favourite hotel we have stayed at.

Very nice hotel

The Koho hotel is very charming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a good bathroom. The only downside to the room is that there is no luggage rack. The common area is very nice.

Highly recommend this hidden gem

The Koho is well positioned, good access to everything. The facilities are great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pools are very clean, and overall it is a very good looking place. While I don’t recommend the spa, I highly recommend the people they use for transport and snorkelling tour!! Also, the people at the front desk are wonderful!!! They are so helpful, attentive and responsive.

Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and fabulous staff! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s close to the port so no long walks once you depart your boat. The breakfast was unbelievable and one of the best we’ve had during a month in Bali! We booked a deluxe studio and I’d absolutely recommend paying a little extra for one of these - it’s like a detached cottage and is much bigger than the other rooms. We stayed in room 13 and felt like we had a private pool! Room 13 and 14 were the best location-wise if you can get one of these! 14 has its own outdoor seating area and 13 has a its own day bed at the pool

Santorini paradise in what is maybe not the most lovely island that i have ever been too. Dont get me wrong there is beautiful elements to the gillis. And the koho is one of them. But i. Undecided if im coming back.

Beautiful new boutique hotel, lovely welcoming staff, spotless, accommodation spacious and all with direct pool access. Situation couldn’t be better, 2 minutes walking from port but secluded from the main island road . Accommodation is very basic on this island but this property is exceptional.

Great new hotel

Fantastic food and beverage staff...very friendly. Great breakfast. Gardeners and housekeeping staff were fabulous. Beauitful grounds and clean, modern rooms. Reception staff a little unprofessional. Male owner staying at the hotel was not a good ambassdor for their brand.

Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about. For sure the absolute best hotel on the whole island of Gili Air. The rooms are clean with perfect facilities, you have got everything you need for your dream trip. The staff are very helpful and kind, they know service to 100% and I always felt really satisfied with everything at Koho. Also to mention the food at the hotel both the ordinary menu and the BBQ night was 10/10, Loved it! Special thanks to Dicky and Marwan in the crew for making our stay special with top service and making us feel at home at Koho, We will be back soon for another time at this Hotel. Thank you Koho!
