The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. What a luxurious experience and also a fantastic staff that are so attentive to their guests. The property is as advertised and even better on arrival. This is the first class property. You get what you pay for and the experience there is outstanding, and hey, there’s a Starbucks right across the street but you don’t even need to go there because they have an excellent coffee shop right in the lobby. Location is outstanding, you can walk to many of the neighborhoods, including Soho and of course you’re right in Mayfair. And the short walk-through Green Park over to Westminster Abbey. Other locations you can walk to including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square —it’s a great location and a fun walk.
