Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The whole apartment was dirty. Mold everywhere. The smell was horrendous. Stains on bedding. Stains and marks on all the walls. One of the bedroom windows wouldn’t shut so was extremely noisy. Curtains hanging off. Carpet on stairs loose my mother nearly slipped down. We had a horrendous night. No one wanted to sleep in the beds. We all slept on top of the covers with the pillows covered with our clothes. The only good thing was the location for euro star and trains. We were looking for a cheap one night stay for a very early start. So wasn’t expecting much just clean beds clean bathroom and somewhere safe. We did not get that. I will be requesting a full refund.
