Well kept, clean and friendly hotel a short walk from major transport hubs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Great location just a short walk from Kings Cross. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the snug side, but good enough for the intended use. Bathroom was very good and clean. Bed was a bit rickety but comfortable enough. So happy with the hotel overall..

Business stay in London

Great location to get around London, restaurants and bars nearby and although your in the heart of Kings Cross the Hotel is very quiet. Bottles of water in room plus fruit was a nice touch

Was on the bottom floor, extremely small single room opposite reception. Didn't sleep at all the first night as you can hear everyone coming in and out or walking up and down the stairs.

The staff are super nice to us during our entire stay. The room we've been to on the first 2 nights is quite awful; there's a sewer smell coming from the toilet, the floor board by the entrance has water damage, and the showers are almost falling off. Luckily, the reception was very helpful and transfer us to a better room on the 3rd day and the new room we were put at is a really nice one.

All i will say is pictures are an opitcal illusion...my first room before i complained was on lower level in corner with a fake window it was very small and bathroom stunk of stale urine, floor boards all chipped up and literally nowhere to put your luggage. The following day i really wanted to check out and go somewhere else when they offered me a slightly larger room with a window and free from the smell of urine...will never ever stay here again
