Nightclub in The Building

This experience was terrible. While the apartment was very nice and located perfectly for accessing activities and good dining, it was not disclosed that this apartment is over a nightclub. Very loud base driven music was played from 11 PM until three in the morning. There was no ability to sleep. I would never have booked this unit if I knew it was over a nightclub. I do not recommend this unit unless you are staying on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday when the club is closed. Would not have expected this to be an issue in Mayfair.

Terrible property - avoid at all costs

No key upon arrival. Back door didn't lock properly. Sofa bed is unstable and damaged meaning you can't sleep on it. The entrance to the property is the entrance to a night club so from 10pm until 4am be prepared for constant dance music and drunk people outside the property. Service company not helpful at all when issues raised.

Good apartment with minor issues.

The apartment is great, but it has a few issues that can be easily solved by the management company. Lighting, heat, and fire alarm are some examples. Communication was good.

Great location, great apartment.

Everything was great, especially the location and the terrace. I think having a small safe and a few spare towels would be great. The beds were a little bit more softer for my taste but comfortable.
