The location is very convenient. It's walkable to Victoria underground station, train station, and the bus coach station. There's many restaurants in the neighborhood. The b&b is clean. Bed is comfortable. There's kettle ,fridge and microwave in the room. In the common section, they offer tea, instead coffee and water. It's not luxury hotels but It's good for the price considering the location

Very nice breakfast. Had basement double double room with two bedrooms but no sitting area. Window had no screens and when opened you could hear people walking by and there were stairs outside room . Felt very unsafe. Bathroom small and old furnishings. Very nice staff but coffee maker was broken and then water dispenser broken. For the price i expected at least a coffee. Not fan of instant. Was in a great location to Victoria station

My daughter and I stayed at this B+B for 3 days, it was within walking distance to Victoria station which has a train to the airport which was a lot cheaper and faster than taking a cab/uber, The breakfast was a full English breakfast which was very good, the staff was very nice and rooms was clean,The only thing was there was no AC in the room there was a fan which we got two and left the window open so thankful the weather was a little cooler, otherwise a very nice stay

It's a fine, basic accommodation. Beautiful neighborhood, everything you need is within walking distance. Breakfast is simple, and there are lots of options around that could do.

Has a great 2 bedroom room. Only problem was that main bedroom is adjacent to street and the laundry/maintenance room. It was quite noisy in the morning with employees moving about and talking early in morning not allowing us to sleep. Location is great for train and tube as well as easy walking distance to Buckingham palace, Westminster and Big Ben. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Would definitely return here next time we are In London.

The property is not well-marked and the door to reception was locked when we arrived just before 3:00 pm. We were checked-in fairly quickly and Mohammed was friendly. A younger man offered to carry our bags up the stairs, which was very appreciated. Our room had a queen sized bed which wasn’t the most comfortable but also not the worst. The location is excellent for walking to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. There is a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is no A/C.

Great location and sweet B&B

Great location, friendly staff. The room was a good size, beds comfortable. It did get a little warm in the room, with no air conditioning. Also, we were on the third floor without an elevator, which was a little tricky with luggage. The bathroom had some cracked tiles which gave it a little run down feel, but it was perfectly clean and functional. The shower was good.
