Beautiful attic flat with spacious terrace steps away from Kensington Memorial Park and 10min walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station. Portobello is just 10min away, local shop 1min away and there is a park with tennis courts at the end of the cul de sac. Flat is very well connected with the city centre and all London's major attractions by buses near by and comes with all essential amenities to make your stay comfortable. There is a 10hrs parking in Kelfield Gardens (2min away)- £1.15 per hour

Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Please avoid!!

Don’t be fooled by the kitsch look! Please avoid booking this place. There are no cleaning standards. I had to clean the place myself upon my arrival. I was met with dust in every corner, urine under the old toilet seat, grease on every surface in the kitchen (including plates and cuttlery inside the cupboards). Whoever “cleaned” this place only came in to put some sheets on the bed and leave a couple towels. Speaking of sheets, they will only provide one set regardless of how long you stay there. They refused to provide me with another one and were rude about it and rude about everything else. They barely bothered to provide a decent service. Also had no heating for 5 days and no help at check in - I had to carry heavy luggage by myself from a shop where they made me pick up the keys from because no one could meet me at the property. (They when I got there noticed a lock on the wall where they could have left the keys for me). The worse experience I ever had on a rental of this sort!

Do not make the same mistake we made

This was the worst flat and rental we’ve ever experienced. I spent the entire month on my knees as the kitchen, bathroom, desk area and a majority of the living room was a crawl space. The shower was unusable for anyone above 5’4”. As an almost 30 year old my body is constantly in pain from having to be bent over 24/7 and on top of that the bed was like sleeping on the ground. Everyday something new broke. The flat was covered with person items and dust - hoards of old newspapers, personal photographs and just stuff everywhere, all of which was covered in dust. I felt dirty the entire stay. The bathroom is another story - a literal crawl space with the smell of urine over taking the entire flat. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We booked this flat thinking it would be normal sized, it’s truly an attic crawl space. Please do not make the same mistake we made and find a real flat for your stay in London.
