The property is a shambles. No hot water for 2 days and no maintenance people. Waiting for my refund as agreed and no word from either hotels.com nor the hotel. Their main phone doesn’t work. The ice machine didn’t work. The housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room. Lost several hours of my stay in London waiting for staff to advise me of what they could do. Nothing. Not on the hoppa route. Seriously so many options in the area. Would have thought better of a best western

Staff were generally understanding and helpful. Room had a nonfunctioning AC, phone, and internet (the last extremely inconvenient). Ultimately opted to not take the substitute room, and went to the hotel next door, which also was on the hotel hoppa route (far less expensive an option than the one quoted in messages for hotel transportation).

Many parts of the facility were not working, one elevator was down both days we were at the property, internet was down for half of our stay, phones in rooms were also down the entire stay. Breakfast was decent, service was good, staff very friendly and helpful.
