Room was dirty in some spots. Dishes that was provided in the room was dirty I hand washed them before I used any and I just bought my own dishes. Never touched the dishwasher as it was pretty dirty as well and the power went out during my stay and asked about it from a worker and was told rudely it’s Woodstock as if that was an answer and when asked how long it’ll be off said for me to call and find out as if it was my job

Okay Stay with Great Staff I recently stayed at the Best Western in Woodstock, and it was an okay experience. The rooms weren’t terrible, but could definitely use a more thorough cleaning, as there was quite a bit of dust. The lobby was nice, but the carpets in the hallways could use a good vacuum. The walls aren't soundproof either, so be aware of that. Overall, cleanliness could be improved. The pool wasn’t to my liking. It didn’t seem very clean. Breakfast was a letdown with very few options available. What really made the stay decent was the staff. They were super nice and accommodating. Overall, I’d rate my stay three stars. The price is on the cheaper side, but I’ve paid less for better hotels. The friendly staff is definitely a plus, though!

The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel lobby, halls and everything else was clean. The room was not ultra modern but it was not old or dated either. Breakfast was not great, but that's not why you stay. Close to a number of restaurants and gas stations. Very satisfied.

The bathroom wasn’t super clean and there was only one partial roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more st the front desk. One of the bedside lamps did not work. The lamp on the desk only had one functioning light bulb. The breakfast wasnt very good, the eggs were cold and the fruit wasn’t good quality. On the plus side, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

There was a hockey tournament and there was 1 staff on. The children were running and playing tag on the elevators all evening. The parents were no where to be found. The hotel itself was a decent stay for the price. Staff was angry in the morning and not friendly.
