Amazing location for walk ability to main attractions (Buckingham Palace-Westminster Abbey-BigBen-etc…..). Very quiet/safe area. Rooms are small (we stayed in a corner unit) but well laid out. View was AMAZING. Excellent customer service. Truly had a FANTASTIC stay at this hotel. Stayed here 3 nights before heading to Southampton to hop in a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel.
