Disappointing

The location was very good, and initially the apartment was appealing, but we had a long overseas flight with heavy luggage and upon arrival saw that the apartment was furnished with substandard essentials. We had to find a store that was open in the evening and buy items to include laundry detergent and trash bags. There were no streaming services on the television, and no games or books for entertainment. Only one trash can in the whole house! One bedroom window couldn’t be opened because of the headboard, the other could only be opened if the shade was pulled all the way up(can’t get changed without the neighbors noticing). There weren’t enough pillows and the pillows provided were flat! The neighboring apartments were loud with dogs barking all night, some were having parties,…but our rules were be quiet after 9pm. We were instructed to clean the place but the only broom was taped with electrical tape. There were no kitchen towels or wash cloths to wipe the surfaces off.
