We stayed a week during the summer. Jacqui and Elena were great - easy to communicate with and flexible with us.We travelled with 3 kids. It was so good to be able to have the flexibility that this property offers. Perhaps most importantly location. It’s central London. Steps away from key tube stations and sight seeing. We say plays (mama Mia, Harry Potter), visited museums, day trips to Cambridge and to bath. The location made it easy to grab a train and take subway - or even one day we did all buses. Buckingham, the eye, river cruise, London tower, science museum, v and a museum, war museum. We basically walked or tubed to all of this All in all. Location, property setup, the hosts and experience make this a top star property.
