Lovely property but could hear a lot of noise outside overnight. Beds are also quite hard. We unfortunately coilsnt get the aircon remote.to turn on in our room so it was quite warm.

Dreadful - Avoid!

Check in took far too long as receptionist was dealing with another customer. When it was my turn it was a farce as the ipad they used didn't recognise my postcode - why th need to do this in the first place? Room was incredibly basic and one of the pillows was dirty. I was also not offered any of the upgrades despite being a platinum member.

Amazing hotel for exploring central London

Our family had a great stay at this hotel! It is located in a great neighborhood and close to everything either walking or by public transit. The staff were amazing and breakfast was tasty as well. A comfortable and lovingly maintained older hotel. Definitely would stay here again if we return.

My daughter recommended this hotel after visiting with her family. We decided to book here too and were not disappointed. The location was perfect! Close to the train station and to major areas of London. The staff were outstanding and very welcoming. We had the breakfast and the food was delicious and fresh. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great, would stay again.

We enjoyed are stay, location was great, the staff were always ready to help. Very friendly. We didn't use breakfast or dinner so cant comment on that. The beds were comfy. The only thing that we thought could be improved were the windows were sash so hard to open and the heating was full on. Lifts were cool!

Brilliant Stay

From the moment we arrived the service was very good throughout our stay. Staff are very helpful and very professional and our room was immaculate. Breakfast was also very good so should I visit London again then I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.
