Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Lovely sized room and balcony on the premium studio. Good amount of kitchen equipment, could do with a few additional items for the combi microwave to cook certain things with ease. A few little things like netting in the window could be replaced as it was a little worn and grubby but rooms were clean, staff were lovely and fantastic location.

I took my son to the Minecraft experience we stayed here and had such a lovely stay. Easy short walk to the tube station so easy access to the rest of London. Really lovely lady on reception who helped us with this. Quiet place with the stunning buildings made it a wonderful stay, I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting London. The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way.
