Welcome to my home!

It is located on the first floor via stairs, followed by two flights of stairs in the home. On the 1st floor is a kitchen, 0.5 bathroom, lounge and one bedroom. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The three bedrooms have UK king-sized beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The apartment is located in Fulham, West London, just a short walk (8 min) from Parsons Green station, which conveniently connects you to many other destinations in the city. You are also near Fulham Broadway (10 min) and West Brompton (18 min) stations. The home is in a quiet residential area, so you'll enjoy some fabulous snooze while taking a break from the busy city streets.

Some great eats are nearby: Baileys - great fish and chips, Fulham Mitre - your local pub with a patio, Cock Tavern - a uniquely designed pub with a terrace; and The Hardwood Arms - your upscale restaurant serving modern British fare. You're near London's most famous museums, including The National History Museum, V&A, and The Science Museum, all by South Kensington station.

If shopping is more your thing, you're just a short tube ride away from a Westfield Shopping Centre (Shepherd's Bush station) or London's famous Oxford Street! If sport is more your thing, Fulham is known as the playing ground for two football teams: Fulham FC at Craven Cottage Stadium and Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge Stadium. The famously exclusive Hurlingham Club (known for polo) and the Queen's Tennis Club (known for its annual pre-Wimbledon tennis tournament) are also located in the area.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Parsons Green, is just a 10-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
