Very Convenient to the Westminster station, quiet. Good climate control, comfortable bed. Do not order the Margarita Pizza at the bar, but breakfast is excellent.

The staff was the best, always willing to help. Whether at the front desk or at the breakfast lounge. Room were small but adequate to hold the luggage. Accessible bathroom was very spacious. As most hotels in this range in Europe, there was no iron or fridge/tea but the breakfast lounge offered free tea and coffee 24/7. Breakfast choice was ample and the staff managed the morning crowds efficiently. The hotel is walking Dayan r to underground and Buckingham and west monster. We had a lovely time here.

Location of this inn is excellent. Its right near westminster abbey. They have breakfast there and happy hour each night. Its a no frills kind of place. Clean and basic.

Hotel was great. I traveled alone and the area always felt safe and so close to the main attractions. It was in walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Clock tower or Big Ben as well as the Orlando eye. Hotel was clean and staff friendly! Room was spacious enough and bed wicked comfortable.

The location is good. Customer service bad. They only provide 1 pillow per guest. I asked for 1 extra pillow for my back support since I stayed for 6 days but they said NO! I already paid my room so I cannot transfer to another hotel nearby. Just suffer! I asked them to clean the soap dispenser cause its full of gunk outside the bottle it looks like they have never replaced since it was put to use. They only provide a small roll of toilet paper so my last day runs out I have to use Kleenex tissue. Bad customer service...The breakfast ? I ate the same food for 6 days.

Very clean and nice hotel. It was very walkable and close to all the main sites and shopping. They had coffee and tea free with your stay which was so good. I recommend this place.

Electronics challenging. Lights went off at least 5 times while in the shower. Would be nice to have separate circuit for bathroom. Rooms are tiny (definitely get the deluxe room for 2). That being said, the price was extremely reasonable for a no-frills hotel in a great location.
