My Go-To In London

My go-to hotel in London. Yes it’s little out of the way but it’s worth it. Clean, modern, plenty of space to work, great friendly staff and a great breakfast. Oh and a decent gym.

The room was quite large and very pleasant. The frontage of the hotel was a little shabby and having smokers right next to the entrance isn’t particularly pleasant. The inside was very modern and spacious and good choice for breakfast which was very nice

Overall, we had a lovely stay. Deepesh (apologies if wrong) was kind and helpful. Carpark is secure, clean, well-lit, parking bays are big enough for cars unlike other carpark where spaces are tight. The selection of breakfast was superb. Down side during our stay was the pillows, they were so soft/flat. There was no hot water on the sink, there were some bits black moulds between the tiles in shower cubile that are falling when water runs down. The airconditioning is not that cool although on lowest regulated cool setting. The lady that tidied our dining table wiped all the crumbs on us. She didn’t even use a cleaning spray, she never did as I noticed how she cleared/cleaned the tables.

Reasonable price. Very clean and tidy room. All USB plugs work (I’ve never found this works at other hotels). Simple but good enough breakfast. Very close to the tube station. Hotel parking available as well. Highly recommended.

Extra charges

Although i spoke to the Hotel prior to our visit regarding arriving early prior to check in, and leaving my car there, at no time did anybody or info, inform me that it would cost an extra £10 ontop of the existing £20 charge for car parking. Yo me this is blatent profiteering and shouls nor happen.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the highlight of my stay was the last minute birthday surprise that Katy/Katie did for my partner. She went above and beyond, and did this during her non-working hours which I deeply appreciate. I will never forget such a wonderful gesture like that! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is in an ideal location where everything is conveniently nearby. Whether it's Wembley Stadium, a cinema, or a restaurant, you are never far away from your hotel. I will certainly come back, I love the staff and the service!

This hotel felt like home (USA). The complimentary breakfast was amazing, a lot of options. This hotel has a lot of amenities, including gym, restaurant, bar. I enjoyed the size of the lobby downstairs and how there was ample space for people to sit and hang out. The showed the FA cup final here. Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel rooms were nice, two metros stations within 10 min walk. Really enjoyed my stay here.
