Short stay/ concert

Bright and modern, clean and comfortable rooms with all modern furniture, comfortable beds and pillows. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. There area w shops close by and a retail park 10mins walk with a cinema and food outlets. Stayed for two nights for concert at Wembley and found the tube fast and convenient , direct train into central London and only one change to Wembley and the tube station is only a minute walk from hotel.Will not hesitate to book again when visitors London.

Probably 2 minutes away from the local tube station. Can see it from the entrance. Staff were great. Room was modern and very quiet. Parking secure and breakfast was impressive considering it was inclusive. Ticked all the boxes. Two thumbs up from me.

Sadly we paid for 3 peopl So 1 double 1 pull out bed! which sadly ment you didn't have much space to walk around and get ready for our evening out. No table with mirror to do your makeup and hair! Pull out bed very uncomfortable ended up putting it back to a side seating area and tried to sleep on that. Sadly won't be going their again!

Convenient for Wembley

Hotel looks tired from the outside but don’t let that put you off it is spotless inside and clearly all been modernised. We asked for a room not overlooking the road and we had a family room - small but modern, clean and comfortable Perfect for access to Wembley Staff were attentive and pleasant

Nice room

A beaitiful hotel but when we arrived we struggled with using the lift . The worker came over huffing and put his catd on and walked out . We was still there . In the end we did it . Not helpful nor friendly . Other than that all nice staff all said good morning and were happy to help . One more rhing the picture for the lift and stairs could be made more visable , couldnt get out for 15 mins.

I liked that breakfast was included, but the company needs to change up the menu a little instead of serving the same thing everyday. The facility is very clean, tidy and organized. The floor in the shower gets very slippery causing me to fall one evening. The dinner was not that great. They served salmon and did not include a slice of lemon to squeeze on it.

Good, clean and well renovated hotel. May look older on the outside but modernised interior. Good breakfast. Had an issue with the underground being closed for Park Royal which limits access.
