i had booked this hotel for the Coldplay concert on the 7th Sept 25 and as concert was rescheduled to the earlier date of the 6th Sept i contacted the hotel to ask could i transfer the booking to another hotel in the city centre as we were not attending the concert but wanted to visit London anyway as previously planned. Staff were most unhelpful and no option was given to my request, I ended up booking another hotel in Leicester square. I did not expect a refund just requested a transfer of booking

Would highly recommend!

We stayed here as a family at the beginning of August as we saw Coldplay at Wembley and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everything was clean and our rooms were perfect for us. Breakfast facilities were ideal for all of us and the children loved all the available options. Check-in was quick and easy, as was check-out. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station which is so convenient for getting in & out of central London. My brother and his young family were with us in London and had a terrible experience with their nearby Air BnB which they had to leave and this Hotel saved them, finding them a room at short notice and even upgrading them. They also gave the children wrist bands to choose free snacks from the cafe which they loved. The staff really were helpful and attentive to them. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.
