There were a few concerns with our stay. There is a confusing check-in system with the front vs back of the building. The front desk had hung up on us when trying to clarify. The room was nice but the bathroom sink splashes everything on the counter which was less than ideal. Lastly, the front desk charged for parking at nearby lot that was actually free parking and did not provide a refund for this.

My favourite place to stay in London. Close to VIA Rail and Canada Life Place. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The staff are beyond the common leaving and friendly, and there is nothing better than coming back to my hotel late at night and being able to get a nice warm hot chocolate from the lobby before going up to watch some television.

Very cold in room. Tiny wall mounted faux fire place did not warm space additionally was mounted directly beside head of bed. Found space dirty. Back of headboard and wall behind was CAKED with dirt/dust. Literally beside your face
