Don’t like loaning but

Breakfast is served. No trust to help yourself. Instant coffee in a tea pot and a boiled egg boiled for days. Dropped dot of soap provided in shower but shower so small couldn’t pick it up.

The hotel states it offers onsite parking - this is not the case at all! I chose this hotel simply due to there being parking onsite, the car park is across a very busy 4 lane road, around the corner and underground which can only be accessed by a key fob which a member of the staff has to get in your car and take you to it. The underground car park is so dimly lit and the member of staff said they would guide my husband back and told him it was okay to reverse and caused significant damage to his brand new car and then said it wasn't her fault. If you wanted to leave the hotel you had to leave your key at reception so they then had access to all of your belongings, if you wanted to watch the TV in your room or use the Aircon you had to go to reception and ask them for the controls to do so. The breakfast room was nice and airy although it was a vast selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate then you got asked if you wanted cereal or toast and they then brought slices of ham, cheese slices in the plastic packaging and a boiled egg each with some orange juice, there was no menu to order from it was simply just that. The room was small it did the job of one nights stay as we spent most of our day in London seeing a show I'd just say to go a bit lighter on the air freshener or open the window slightly as it was so warm and the smell was just trapped in there till we arrived and was quite strong! I wouldn't personally stay here again as it wasn't suitable for a wheelchair user.

Great value for a 1 - 2 night stay in London. It isn't luxury - so please don't expect it. The single rooms were small, but perfectly okay for a short stay. Room was clean and breakfast was minimalistic, but perfectly adequate for the included price of the room. Staff were super friendly. Would I stay here again? - Yes.

The staff was courteous and considerate, but the room lacked basic amenities like hot water, natural light, some room lights not working, not enough storage space, lack of sufficient sockets. Expedia site mentioned that if executive family rooms were book then we would receive high rise room but again that wasn't the case. Although, on 2nd day, the staff arranged for a different room for the inconvenience. But still we had to go through the hassle of reshuffling things. Overall rating I would give is mid.

There are interesting rules but they make sense and weren’t a bother. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and kind. I loved the area, lots of food options and stores. Underground is a short walk away with several good lines available. I really liked my stay and will keep it in mind the next time I visit London.

Nice clean hotel, staff very pleasant. Fairly basic breakfast but enough. After checkout and a day out and about, we were kindly offered to help ourselves to a cup of tea before heading home, which was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, a bit dated though, room small but clean, ideal as solo trip, but could do with a fresh up, bathroom, shower/bath really clean, staff very friendly & polite, hotel ideal location, plenty pubs, fast food places for eating out & earls court station 10 min walk, ideal for getting about, would recomend for short stay & on a budget

Hotel was fine, Bed was a tad lumpy and the room was very small, bathroom has a "doorway" so small you have to turn to your side to get in. But i was only staying the night so it was cheap for the area. The furnishings were kinda beaten up. Woman on the front door was nice, quickly checked in and explained everything. I probs stay again if i was in the area for just a night again
