Just what we needed and no more…..

The London House hotel completely met our expectations. The room was small and there were no modern amenities (e.g. gym, pool, etc) but we spent almost no time in the hotel; that was not why we were in London! Very clean, great maid service, friendly staff, fully updated - just what we needed.

Absolutely loved my stay at London House Hotel, the check in and check out was so quick and easy. The room was much bigger than I thought and it had a great view of the garden with a lot of natural light coming through. The hotel was close by to supermarkets, heaps of cafes, and the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially with storing my bags. I would gladly stay here again!

We had a nice day at the London house hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The only thing is the rooms are very small so that’s good to know before you go, but there is walking distance to food and transportation, which made the stay very good.

Nice hotel location. We chose a budget friendly basement room and overall it was great however the room---B2 must be near an outside staff(?) Exit door. Every now and then a random door would slam shut very loudly! The first time it happened we were scared to death. Maybe warn the room holders or put a sign on the slamming door?

Nice helpful stuff. AC wasnt working and it was hot, they couldn't fix it spent lot of time with the staff trying to reset and opening the door and was intrusive. They stated no room exchange when asked initially, later on repeated requests they provided 2 different rooms 4 floors apart and family had to split. The next day ac was fixed. Safe deposit box in the hotel didn’t work and was fixed the next day. Shower is super small, if you are a big person you might have trouble fitting in.

Close to Bayswater Station, easy to get around, and both restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are nearby. The garden views face a pleasant little park area. The area is secure and pleasant(nearly stark) inside and out. Onsite, breakfast is ok- same selections daily. Consider getting as needed, as there are nearby options. The bathroom is small but newly remodeled. Appreciated the hot kettle and small fridge. It is a very comfortable, tidy, but not fancy refuge from a day of sightseeing. The staff was very informative and kind. Would stay again.

Excellent location, 3 underground stations nearby. I had a single room, although small it was perfect for me for 3 nights. The air con struggled, however temps outside were 33 degrees. Have stayed here many times and will come again.

Excellent location for getting around London. Two tube stations are close by. Neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. Room was small but clean and air conditioning was a big relief during warm weather.
