What's in the Hotels favour? The location. Within walking distance of Wembley Stadium the location is great and quite possibly, if booking late then one of the only hotels with a reasonably priced room still available. So we went for it. Our room was dated, early 80s as reviews stated. Dont expect a full nights sleep either. The curtains in the room didnt cover the window so if the suns up, you're up. Beds = Uncomfortable, a radiator strategically placed to bang my knee on if i rolled over. Bathroom, towel rails hanging off the wall, rusty soap dish. Staff - RUDE! Im not sure if they want to be on this planet let alone working at a hotel. Everything was too much trouble. Parking- NOT FREE as advertised! Upon return, we asked to leave the car park and because we hadnt had driven off before 11am we were charged an additional £25! Would just love a refund, no sleep, no parking, pointless stay. I dont think as a business theyre bothered. They'll move onto the next unsuspecting customers.

The property is in desperate need of complete renovation. The bed is uncomfortable as the mattress is very thin, worn out and you can feel all the springs in it. The toilet does not flush properly. The tap seems to have hot or warm water - was difficult to get any cold out. The sink and tap are both awkward size, therefore unable to fill the kettle or even a small water bottle, unless you use a glass to do so. The worst thing, however, was the free standing air conditioning unit, that was blocking the access to the bed! Was the most ludicrous thing and pretty sure against any health and safety measures!

It was a place to sleep. That’s it. Very dirty and unclean. Reception Staff called to ask when we were checking out even though we knew the times of our stay. Surfaces were sticky and low accessability. Very thin bed sheets and loud heater. Could barely sleep, woke up very itchy. Definitely not going back there. Loads more hotels in the wembley area that are far better. I’m even surprised theyre still in business.

It was ok.

Room was spacious but the hotel is in need of updating. The lifts were not reliable, 1 says floor 2 wherever you are and the other was a pot luck we were on the fifth floor and was taken to 6 twice, 4 and 1 so in the end went to 6 and walked down to 5. We didn’t have breakfast because at £17 each and 1/2 price for children did not think it was of value at all.

The location for Wembley shopping and events. Easy access in tube to Kings Cross...good transport links and bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but this is reflected in the price.

Room was clean.beds comfy. no remote for the tv though, cooked breakfast was average plates should be warmed . Communal areas were a bit tired. Ideal for Wembley stadium though

Hotel tired, lifts didn’t work properly, stairs wells dirty, room dated. Bath taps were mouldy, scum hanging off the tap forsip that had gone hard. Positive was it was close to the stadium!

Tv very small. Plug sockets not next to bed. Dated hotel. Very strong smell of cannabis when we got in one of the lifts. Good location for Wembley stadium what we needing for. But not worth £175 for the night

Loved the hotel,it so close to Wembley Ovo arena.The bar had a great vibe and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. The beds were firmer than I’d like but that’s a personal choice. The hotel room was great.

OK, probably would not stay again unless no option

Staff were really nice and helpful, plenty of space to park. The bed was broken and squeaked, the mattresses were past their prime and the bed lining was stained. Continental breakfast was over priced for what it was (£23 for two continental breakfasts) Room was large, breakfast moved fairly quickly considering how many people were there and they staff topped everything up quickly. We stayed to watch a show at Wembley arena, it was a 5 min walk, so it's did it's job. Probably would not stay again due to the condition of the beds. It would be so easy for the hotel to improve everything, just replace the beds and mattresses. As we went down for breakfast a guest was complaining about the condition of their bed.
