There were solidified male bodily fluids on the bed. When you see something that obvious, it means nothing in the room will be clean, and likely the same for the rest of the hotel (speaking from experience). I left, explained why, and was promised a full refund. When I phoned to get the refund, the manager was verbally abusive and refused. NOBODY should be checking in to this hotel.

This is a very tired hotel, with rooms that leave a lot to be desired. That said, if you're only staying for one night, a good price might be tempting enough for a bed to sleep in. The cleanliness was questionable in the bathroom, water pressure was bad on the 9th floor and the retrofitted heat/AC unit was bulky, loud and takes a while to heat up. Staff were friendly, but I only interacted at check in. I would not recommend staying if you can avoid it.

Was lucky to get parking. I think parking should be organised in a way to benefit customers. Room wasn’t great in terms of cleanliness. Heating wasn’t great too.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was older but clean. Reasonably priced. Great access to Wembley and transportation to downtown London. Only complaint was the room was too warm (in November). I would stay here again.

Room was not in great condition, cracked tiles,hand rail not fixed properly, difficulties reaching the bath tap with the shower screen in the way . Double bed that dipped in the middle with noise every time you moved. Felt like springs digging in . Only one chair for a double room.
