The hotel's concept is very interesting and it definitely doesn't lack in facilities. However, the way guests make use of aspects like the communal kitchen, make it seem more like a hostel. Dirty dishes were regularly left on the sinks, etc. The need to use your card key to cross practically every single door in the common areas also seemed unnecessary. Finally, the breakfast was often plagued with small issues, from lack of glassware (replaced with disposable plastic) to missing items and stolen eggs, despite the staff's best attempts at solving them. Overall, there were plenty of small issues which made the stay inconvenient but not enough to dampen the overall positives.

I loved this property! It was clean and had a comfortable bed and nice shower. Laundry was a big plus! It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the tube and buses. Great for longer stays.

Great hotel would stay again - new clean, spa amazing! But missing some things that made the stay challenging for an older female like a shelf to put things in the shower, a top sheet if you sleep hot, couldn’t turn the fan/ac on for some reason to circulate air and kitchen is only meant for heat up meals or pasta and sauce. Nothing to clean dishes with like a sponge or dish towel. Missing things to actually cook. No mixing bowls or trays for oven to bake anything in. Still great to have the facilities to use. Tv also has the BBC radio channels on it if you like music. I didn’t ask at the desk because they never answered my email during an entire week on not being able to access the app and when I asked for something else most hotels provide I was sent to the high street at night to buy myself. I would stay again and bring a few things with me and hit a dollar store. This is not a luxe hotel experience. No slippers, shower cap or anything but really nice shampoo body wash conditioner. Bed is good too. Great concept and close to good areas (15 min walk). If coming from Gatwick take train to Farrington stop then 1 minute easy transfer to tube - easy with luggage! Spa has all gender change rooms a bit weird at first but it’s really just to store your things and the showers are completely locked and private. Most people change in room anyways. Gym really nice and has massage guns and filtered water.

This place is amazing - it’s like a resort hotel in the heart of Notting Hill. Beautifully styled but with real substance to back it and friendly staff, the cafe is brilliant, the spa is luxurious, there’s free classes and film screenings and an amazing vinyl listening lounge. Can’t believe how good it was!!

The concept is cool but, I’m sad to say, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. This long stay hotel only opened in June and it’s already feeling a little worse for the wear. The common spaces are beautiful, and the gym is great, but the rooms are a little small and sparse (and have awful bathroom and vanity lighting for such design focused hotel!). The worst part, however, was the cleanliness. They don’t clean daily or even every other day so people would leave huge bags of garbage (and dirty diapers!) in the hall, just making it feel a little junky. I was also quite grossed out to find one of the pans in my cabinet was covered in grease because it hadn’t been cleaned between guests.
