Property was not ready for guests. I had to switch rooms 3 times for problems. Could hear through walls. Clogged sink. Tv didnt work for 5 days. Last room ceiling was leaking for 2 days. Hotel was not ready for guests.

The hotel is cute, I like the way the room is furnished and it is perfect for a solo traveler. The hallways and the sheets smelled kind of weird, and the room was a little dusty.

Overall a lovely property, but the only tap in my room (bathroom) only ran hot water. Let the property know on two occasions but this wasn't fixed within the 3 days I was staying, which was pretty poor.

Absolutely love this place. Very new, great amenities, peaceful, hip and healthy vibes, very close to Westbourne Park tube station, walking distance to Notting Hill. Loved the kitchen in the suite great for keeping fresh foods in my diet while travelling. Evening cinema, sauna and steam after a long day out! I will definitely be back.

Great amenities and the staff was very accommodating. Was a great location to explore neighborhoods by foot or public transportation. We were there during a heat wave which hindered our stay slightly because it was so hot in the room and they did not have fans or anything to offer. We were there for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping, which wasn’t a huge deal because we didn’t need new linens every day, but we had to go get a roll of toilet paper from the locker room once we ran out. The on site pool, sauna, steam room, gym and laundry are a huge plus and elevated our stay. Canal had great drinks and food with a great view along the water.

Beautiful place. The amenities are great and included, lovely steam bath and sauna plus the pool. Free coffee in the top floor communal area. Also you can do your laundry for free. Great place if you're in London for a weekend.

OK, but wouldn’t go back

The hotel only opened a few weeks ago, so everything was clean and in good condition, as would be expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful and easy to control the temperature. The hotel itself is a bit difficult to find - I thought it might just be me, but I directed a few other guests to the reception during my stay once I had found it myself! More signposting wouldn’t go amiss. I’m probably showing my age, but I’d like to turn on the TV and have access to the usual freeview channels, not have to stream through my own devices. Staff I came into contact with were effective enough but not overly friendly. Good space in a studio room (without a kitchen) but soundproofing is non existent, could hear everyone around me having showers etc all throughout the night. Comfy bed but sadly didn’t get much sleep - the curtains are a very thin, light veil, which isn’t great in the summer months.

Definitely worth the money!

When we booked this it had no reviews and we took a chance… it was amazing for the price and location + it has a pool!!!! Only small thing I’d say was it wasn’t overly easy to find and should have more signage out the front. Also keep an eye out for events in the pool as we couldn’t use it during these sessions so keep that in mind! But highly recommend.

Great stay

Very good option in London, new and well appointed. Comfy bed, was out and about most of the time so only used the room. Wish I had more time to try out the other facilities like the pool. Gym and bikes. About 5 mins from nearest tube station.

Friendly staff and modern facilities

Such a lovely stay for us when seeing events in Hyde Park. Around a 15 minute cycle from Hyde Park. Clean and modern rooms with really friendly staff. The gym, sauna and pool facilities were a great added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very new hotel and we loved our stay. It’s very stylish, has fantastic amenities - the gym, sauna, steam room and pool are fantastic. Close to Portobello Road, and next to the canal, the tube station is 5 minutes walk and therefore very easy to get into the city centre. We will definitely be back, it’s such a great hotel and we immediately felt at home. Our room had a kitchen and all the facilities you needed, and I really appreciated the ground coffee and milk supplied. Just hope they don’t put the prices up once word goes around how great this hotel is…!
