A superb, beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Mayfair. A bright, contemporary apartment comprises a spacious open-plan kitchen/reception room, one bedroom and one bathroom. The property is situated on a high floor of a modern building.



**Consistent Quality in Our Apartment Furnishings and Decor:

We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own apartments with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what's pictured but we always maintain the same high standard of the furniture and interiors in general.

House rules

• No parties, gatherings or events. Strictly not allowed under any circumstances.

• Not suitable for pets.

• No smoking

Any breach of the above house rules can result in a fine up to 250£.
Additional rules

• Late Check-In fee; Past 18:00 there is a £15.00 per hour fee, capped at £60.00, please message your host directly to confirm the exact cost.

• Keep the apartment tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the apartment.

• Keeping in mind your privacy, and after notifying you the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly and the night before check out .

. We would like to inform you that the building has a lift for the convenience of all residents. However, please be advised that the operation of the lift is managed by the building's management, and not by us directly. While it's rare, there might be instances where the lift may be temporarily out of service due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

In such an event, please understand that it is beyond our control, and we will not be able to offer refunds or compensation for any inconvenience caused by the lift's non-operation. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
