Dirty. Not standard I expect from 4 star hotel. Def more like 3 star. I would have stayed in ibis next door. The bed sheets.ALWAYS filled with other people hair. Every single time including towels. Made the room total about 5-6 times. First 2 days we pick other people hair out one by one. Towards end we give up. We don’t request change cause we just so tired and want to sleep immediately. We don’t want to wait for people coming up to change etc. I think the vendor they use was bad or they are washing it in house using non industrial machine. Second bad part is water pressure in shower. It’s literally like showing in rain. We take twice the time to shower everyday. It was that bad. Dustbin was also ridiculously tiny. Only benefit is there were ample front desk staff around to answer queries if any. Third bad thing was the aircon. My family room is without aircon and my room is without heater. So their room was insanely hot without ability to control (the front desk say it was centrally controlled for their room. Honestly we no idea why some room is such while others are not) and my room is cold. So they open the window each night while we requested heater. Why have a thermostat that is useless to control? It’s a game of constantly waking up to open and close window to achieve comfortable temperature. Also, for our sink, it’s leaking when in use but it’s so gradual we didn’t realise until we unpack our stuff. Overall wasn’t what I expect for 4 star.

A beautiful gem in london!!! Would definitely stay again. Room was not only spotless but lovely, great amenities, spacious shower, welcoming reception and minutes from the tube. Only downside is that the nearest tube has no lifts for heavy luggages. But wouldn't mind carrying my bags for it.

The room was clean but small. They had a wonderful buffet that was included with our Expedia booking. It was a7 minute walk to the train and Tube. The staff was very helpful with bus information and very pleasant.
