Welcome to our beautiful house in London. We hope you enjoy your stay! A welcoming hallway on the ground floor leads to a well-proportioned reception room. Leading off from this reception room is a sleek, modern kitchen, plenty of storage with further access to the rear garden.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom downstairs, you will find a double bed.
The first floor offers three spacious double bedrooms, with Smart T.V's. All three bedrooms share a generous family bathroom.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower on the ground floor.

Convenient and well appointed house

The four bedroom row house was a nice spot to rest and recover from our busy days spent exploring London. It comfortably accommodated five adults and two children without feeling cramped. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have trouble with the temperature adjustment for the showers, they were very sensitive and could easily get too hot while bathing (true of much of London I believe). The management company was responsive when we had a small issue that needed to be fixed during the stay. The workman who came out the next day was very professional and communicative with us regarding his timing. The house is conveniently located one block off the Piccadilly line, which provides an easy commute to all of London's attractions. We chose the location because of the proximity to family and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great spot for a vacation to london

The house was perfect for what we were looking. Our goal for the vacation rental:- Close to picadilly line.- Bedroom and bathroom on first floor, for grandparents that has issues with stairs.- complete dining experience, to allow home cooked meals.- outside of tourist areas.The property met all of those goals. We were very pleased with the timely responses from the host.Reason I recommend staying:Nearby picadilly line, local restaurants, Issues encountered:- lower shower barely gets like warm.- shower on second level is either scalding hot or ice cold, we were able to figure out a method get Luke warm water out. Seems like recent reviews around my time account for that experience also.- the house was clean, there was a field mouse that visited. But no droppings were found anywhere, notified host.- the hose informed us the day of checking in, that the previous occupants broke the hot tub. I see the listing is still showing a hot tub, I wonder if the hot tub has been broken longer. I see no issue

The house was nice for a big family for sleeping. We did have issues with the water in the showers coming out scalding hot or freezing cold and it would alternate so be aware if you have kids.

Week in London

First time trip to London for 8 mothers/adult daughters. We had a great time. This house is very close to public transportation, the very reason I booked it. There were some small issues with the house, but nothing that would deter me from recommending it.

Great surprise

A group of us were traveling to London to explore and also see Taylor Swift. We wanted a place with parking that was a balance of size and price for our group of eight. The Piccadilly line is basically in the back yard of this property and that has all the main stuff. Ultra convenient and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

London stay - June 2024

Our group of 8 - 2 families- loved our stay at this rental! It had all the amenities we needed and more! Our group enjoyed the garden and hot tub with the amazing weather we had during our stay. We were a 2 minute walk from the Tube and found it super easy to get around to all the city locations from this location. We were also able to take the Tube on the Piccadilly line straight to and from Heathrow. There were many nearby restaurants and a few grocery stores within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house, great connection to Central London

House is located a couple of minutes at Piccadilly Line. Shops and restaurants are located only footsteps from the house. Nice and beautifully decorated house, inviting living room with a large sofa, kitchen with a table that accommodates six people, four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine. Well-equipped with everything you need. Zaynab from Landmark Residential was very friendly and helpful and she did everything to make our stay agreeable. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay

This place was a perfect place for us to stay with our family while visiting London. It was a very short walk to the underground train. We could contact the host if we had questions or need something and they responded quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to use. There was a grocery store also just a short walk. We would stay here again if we come back to London.

Jacuzzi was a smash hit!

Kids loved the Jacuzzi, nice area with easy access to the tube, a nice playground close by. Lots of shops close by too. Clean and good sized bedrooms too.

This place had it all !!! Highly Recommended- Beautiful House

We attended a NFL Game @ Tottenham Stadium-- 2.5 miles from this home!-- Very convenient to be able to walk all the way back from the stadium with no problems or any fear for safety at all. Location, Location, Location-- right near the TUBE-- only a 0.1 mile walk to jump on the tube and go anywhere in the city-- you gotta love the tube!! THE house itself had almost everything you needed-- 4 full bedrooms-- all with a double bed! (that is hard to find)- 2 bathrooms, ample living room where we fit all 7 people we had. Huge Kitchen-- with every utensil and appliance you will ever need. TWO refrigerators !!! Beautiful little back yard- we didnt have time to enjoy the hot tub (but to be fair all of our group-- 3 couples have hot tubs at our homes already-- so this was not a major selling point for us-- we already do hot tubbing..... House was super clean, tons of towels (no washclothes fyi-- bring a loafa --we did...) Nice Washer, but no dryer-- so we used drying racks and a fan... This place was spectular-- Highly Recommend it if you are going to England-- Location is Nice as it is far enough away from the city-- but not too far as you have the Tube system and Buses right around the corner... You can use UBER-- but why?? I recommend getting the Tube System App as it takes you everywhere.... Final Rating; 5 Stars on this one baby.....OHH yes-- property manager was awesome!-- we communicated a few times on questions we had via text and he replied within minutes ...

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur (und dort insbesondere mit der zuständigen Mitarbeiterin Zaynab) war supereffizient und überaus angenehm. Das Haus selbst bot alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht - besonderes Highlight für die Kinder war der Netflix-, YouTube- und Amazon-taugliche Riesenfernseher :-) (Das Wifi hakte manchmal, aber Aus- und Anschalten/An- und Abmelden behob das Problem jedes Mal.) Toll waren auch die Grundausstattung mit Kaffee und die *zwei* Kühlschränke. Auch die Lage war perfekt: Die Sydney Road ist (von gelegentlichen Polizeisirenen aus der Umgebung abgesehen) wunderbar ruhig, während direkt in der Parallelstraße das Leben pulsiert und es alles gibt, was man im Alltag so braucht (Supermärkte, Imbisse, Restaurants usw.). U-Bahn und Busse sind keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Londoner Innenstadt damit bestens angebunden (etwa 20 Minuten Fahrt). Ein Spielplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem: toll!

An excellent home away from home!

We had the best time at this gorgeous and convenient townhouse! With a large group of friends including singles and couples, we were able to share meals together, easily get all over town thanks to the close proximity of the Picadilly line, and thoroughly enjoy our stay! We'll even forgive the Margaret Thatcher portrait - it's a lovely place to stay and we all highly recommend it!

Vibrant neighborhood comfortable home

We found the home just as advertised. Large comfortable rooms, good kitchen and dining room. Our family enjoyed our stay. We loved walking in the neighborhood and all the restaurants and shopping choices. Thank you especially to our property manager who went out of his way for us!

Location perfect - Host very hospitable

We stayed in Harringhay Ladder for 4 nights with 4 teeanagers and had a great time exploring the touristic sights of London. Getting into the city with the Jubilee Line was very easy and conveniant. Our host was very helpful and responded on requests immediately. Next time in London we certainly will book this location again Highly recommendable.

Ein perfektes Haus für einen Trip nach London mit einer Großfamilie oder zwei Familien! Einziges Manko für uns die Beschreibung rollstuhlgerecht trifft es leider nicht. Nur zwei Zimmer sind barrierefrei zugänglich. Ansonsten sofort wieder
