Clean, and convenient to Paddington. We will stay again. Nice large room (we were in the newly refurbished section of the hotel), couldn’t hear a thing from outside or inside. Breakfast deal on the weekend, great value, very good quality buffet.

Very smart and clean hotel in a good quiet location near to Paddington station. Staff were very helpful too. Room was upgraded which was a bonus as I was with my two daughters on a London sightseeing and shopping trip. Easy to get around from here too.

A family trip to London for a couple of days and the Novotel proved to be the right choice. Room was more than adequate for our family of 3, the location was good with Paddington only a 10 minute walk. Restaurant was lovely, breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL and the pool and gym came in handy.
