Basic services and friendly staff. I was surprised there was no water kettle in the room, only in the lobby and I had to ask staff to boil some water for tea. There was a thermos also, but water wasn't actually hot there. They did boil water for me always, but it would have been more convenient to have the kettle in room so no need to come to lobby always.
Before our visit I contacted hotel and asked if they have some gluten free options on breakfast. When we went to breakfast first morning, they had no gluten free bread etc. Bread would have been enough for me! Because the breakfast was based on croissants, toast, cereals etc. I had only boiled eggs and slices of ham to eat with tea and orange juice. And I did pay the full price for breakfast though. So if you are gluten free, bring your own toasts!
