Stayed with my daughter for a couple of days trip to London. The hotel is a really good standard, new, clean and staff super friendly. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I also found it to be relatively quite eventful though it's on the Cromwell road. Breakfast was continental only but that was okay. We would definitely stay again.

Incidentals that you get for free in normal hotels - like baggage storage, borrowing an umbrella and checking in when the room is ready - are charged at this hotel. I would rather pay a small amount more and get a hotel that offers essential services without surprise charges

Great staff. Great location. Friendly staff

Great rooms and service by the team. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast needs to be changed to something worth while eating. Nothing particularly continental about it. Also the breakfast area staff needs to be more (well i couldn’t find anyone. ) Room was great. Clean. Spacious and comfortable.

Perfect peaceful area to stay in away from too much tourism. Clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly staff. Loved the shower. My one bit to suggest is to add additional lamp to the rooms without a window. Even with all the provided lights on it was still a bit dark. Overall such a good place to stay and will stay at again. Thank you!

Great location. The rooms are uncomfortably small - micro small. Staff are generally quite uninterested and distant unfortunately. Breakfast was good value but over subscribed and crowded. Overall quality is good if you’re staying overnight and need a place to crash. But for longer stays the lack of space and zero in room facilities such as storage, clothes hanging, drawers, a fridge, kettle etc etc is both very inconvenient as well as surprising.

TINY, YET STYLISH ROOM

I needed to spend three nights in London before my flight and this hotel's proximity to Earls Court Station clinched the deal. Having to schlepp your bags up and down the front steps is a bit of a bummer but the inside more than makes up for this. The lobby is stylish and this continues into the rooms. This is one of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in outside of the ferry I arrived on, but they tried their best to give bang for your buck. The bed is a good size and comfortable with bedside tables and a cabinet for your things. There’s a tiny fold-away desk/console, air-conditioning, TV, free WiFi, a divided bin for rubbish and recycling - which I personally saw all goes in the same bag - a hairdryer... and that’s it. There’s no kettle or tea & coffee, fridge or even a chair/stool to use the desk. Sadly, the only place to put your luggage is under the bed or on the floor under the console, which I chose, and I managed to avoid tripping over it during the night! The washroom was very nice with everything you need in a compact space. There was a nice, neighbourhood view out the window. Breakfast is available onsite, however, I chose to eat out. It was fine for a short stay, but I would choose a bigger room if possible next time.

Hotel does not offer hand towels and washcloths. Excellent breakfast. Make sure it is included in pricing. Rooms are very small, like most European hotels, so not great if staying more than a week. Get the larger rooms if you can. 15 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station, a definite plus!

Very good. The room is very small and had no window, but dont let this put you off. Lovely room, very clean with a comfy bed. Soundproof and modern rooms so we have a great nights sleep. Great location - only 10 mins walk to the tube. Would definitely stay again.

Probably not safe if you have a disability.

Cannot fault the staff etc. However, I was in the access room. I kept hearing a bell and people overhead. At 5am I was woken by an alarm and a staff member trying to get into my room. It was the access alarm and I know he had to check but I found it patronising of him to ask if I'd pulled the chord by mistake. I couldn't get back to sleep for fear of it happening again. It also raises safety issues for people with disabilities if the system is faulty.
