I booked this hotel for is proximity to Heathrow airport. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only real negative was a nail that was half driven in and I hurt my heel on it. On informing front desk that problem was sorted in under 5 minutes
This nail was sticking out of the carpet and I stepped on it after coming out of the bath, thankfully I did not get cut but what was it even doing there. Quickly removed once front desk was informed though

Walkable bus station, breakfast was great . I love the coffee. The restaurant workers were friendly and helpful. Souvenir store was convenient. Our room was okay but the a/c wasn’t strong enough for me and the door knob on Room 3002 was hard to open if you right handed unless they fix it already. Overall we had a great time.

The Staff was VERY HELPFUL, McDonald's was like a 4 minute walk. Down the street was a convenient store (gas station). Both McDonald's and the convenient store, is walkable, just make a right once you leave the front lobby.
