The room was large and bed very comfy so we had a good sleep before our flight. Check in staff friendly. We arrived late (9pm) and parked at rear (North entrance) and had to buzz to be let in. Nobody answered so we had to telephone Radisson Blu. 20 minutes wasted. Bar very expensive and staff not too friendly.

Like most guests, we chose this hotel for its proximity to Heathrow Airport. That said, it’s a great hotel regardless. The staff are always excellent. we used the bar (also great) tho’ not the restaurant this time. I’d certainly recommend it if you’ve a flight to catch!
