Was an average stay, aircon didn't work properly and the rooms was very hot. On the second night there was a party in the building opposite that went on until early hours, did not get a good nights sleep. Wouldn't stay again.

Check in great, upgraded according to staff however looked no different to what we booked, parking fine. Bar expensive for soft drinks at £4.50 a can of pop plus service charge is a rip off. Room floor pulled up when rolled cases in and had a fusty smell. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay

Check out is 11am. No too sheets, only down comforter and was hot and uncomfortable. Took comforter off and was cold. Got lost every time looking for the room. Large hotel with hallway fire doors and the appearance of hallway changed depending if the fire doors were open or closed. Hallway signs were small and confusing! Would be a terrible place if an emergency occurred!!! Food was decent but breakfast ended at 10 am and then they started breaking down the buffet and started vacuuming and spraying the dining tables while we were still eating!!

Booked this hotel all because for the laundry facilities (not just service) as indicated in the hotel details. However, this is absolutely wrong. They don't have any. I have to take my clothes to the nearby laundry place to do laundry which cost me extra time and money. Will not use this hotel anymore !!

Clean room. Beds are sagging in the middle and not.comfortable. No extra pillows or blankets available. Limited tea and coffee. Doors slamming up and down the corridor all night and in the morning.

Location wise, close proximity to Heathrow T2 & T3, with Hoppa and TfL buses running 24hrs. The hotel overall is good with various onsite amenities. Room sizes are reasonable too. Would be great if water bottles were provided as complimentary and not charging £5 extra for room service tray!

Overall, good & convenient hotel near Heathrow T2/T3. It’s clean and staff are friendly, they offer variety of food. However I marked it down as my internal door lock was not working. Reported it twice to reception desk and both times mentioned they would send up room maintenance. No one came to fix the door lock which made me feel anxious all night as a solo female. Not the best of experience especially when I had an early flight out the next day.

Visually the hotel on the outside and foyer is very nice but once you get to level 2 and get to the rooms it’s so outdated. I picked up the phone to call reception and the amount of dust that fell off was horrible. The air conditioning unit is so loud we had to turn it off. There are scuff marks all up the walls and the walls are paper thin we could hear everyone. What was also annoying was we were on level 2 right next to a car park with people walking all night. Was a horrible experience and I would never recommend staying here.
